PMK-BNC New York is hiring an experienced Office Services Lead in their New York Offices.
The Office Services Lead is a positive, results-oriented professional who can deliver resources to all PMK*BNC employees and offices, while maintaining both a high level of customer service and quality.
- Answer and route PMK*BNC’s main phone line in a friendly and helpful manner
- Greet guests and clients
- Manage security ID cards for all New York team members
- Serve as liaison between NY and LA office services
- Update and maintain New York phone list and office floor plan
- Maintain office services, including sorting mail, distributing magazine and newspaper subscriptions, ordering office supplies, etc.
- Maintain orderly supply room, copy areas and library
- Initiate and coordinate all purchasing through LA office services
- Liaison between staff and IT
- Manage PMK*BNC’s Emergency Preparedness program
- Ensures all work orders are responded to in a timely manner
- Assist in onboard/off-board/moves of new hires/exiting/existing employees to include desk set up for both new hire and existing employees
- Maintain a neat and professional office appearance
- Ensure conferences rooms are set up for meetings
- Support facilities projects related to office moves, renovations and furniture relocation
- Ensure that all maintenance emergency matters are responded to and handled properly and expeditiously
- Actively contribute to culture committee and employee relationship building activities
Experience and Skills:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of Office Services/Receptionist experience
- The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks, be highly organized, strong attention to detail, work independently, and possess strong customer service skills
- Strong proficiency in all MS Office applications
- Excellent ability to communicate both orally and in writing
- An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a productive work environment
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable with cross functional workload and not be afraid to “roll up your sleeves”
