Our Intern Queen Family is growing! We’re looking for an Executive Assistant/Marketing Assistant to join us in our LA offices.

We are looking for a full-time employee in the greater Los Angeles area to be hired for executive assistant duties – scheduling, calendar management, admin work, coordinating payment forms, assisting with research needs, coordinating team meetings, etc.

This assistant will assist CEO and marketing team – working on creative campaigns, research, recruitment, campaign logistics, social media tracking, event tracking, and more. Basic executive assistant experience preferred. Basic marketing and social media experience preferred. Works from office 3 days per week (flexible morning hours). Works from home 1-2 days per week. Must be able to work between 8:30AM – 4:30PM. There is a little flexibility here.
