Choice Group, Incorporated (CGI) is a non-profit that believes music and art education is essential to developing young individuals intellectually, socially and economically. The statistics say that an overwhelming majority of foster children battle drug abuse, homelessness, and incarceration as adults. Choice Group’s founder, Dana Hammond, created the organization to combat these statistics head on.

CGI’s mission is to provide at-risk and foster youth with a safe and nurturing environment that promotes music and related art programs as recreational, educational and life-enhancing opportunities.



We’re looking for a part-time administrative coordinator with potential to turn into full-time located in Los Angeles.

We are constantly looking for new ways to promote and expand the Choice Group Inc. brand. Building community partnerships, increasing our donor base and developing corporate sponsorships are all integral parts of our operations. Clear and consistent communications are essential.

Administrative Responsibilities:

— Utilize Salesforce to track Choice Group collaborators.
— Assist Executive Director with any administrative duties.
— Research Foundation database for grant opportunities.
— Support project manager with planning of Choice Group’s annual fund-raiser event in October.

In addition to the responsibilities above, you will provide support on Choice Group’s signature events, involving high profile brands and speakers.

Pay: $12 to $15 per hour with opportunity for full-time employment. Training will start in May.
