3 Career Blogs to Keep You in the Game

Posted on September 12, 2014

As an entrepreneur who is focused mainly in the internship and career field, I am always on the lookout for the latest career blogs and websites to stay up to date with. These sites give me inspiration that I can use for my own business, help me stay on track in the industry, and prove to be a great resource. I would highly recommend following each of these websites, along with InternQueen.com, so that you too can stay in the know and get ahead in your career.

  • Barking Up The Wrong Tree — The slogan for Eric’s blog is, “how to be awesome at life,” and while his posts apply to life in general, they give some great advice that you should keep in mind when focusing on your career. Some of his posts include, 8 Things the World’s Most Successful People Have in Common, 6 Things the Most Organized People Do Every Day, How to Stop Being Lazy and Get More Done, and How You Can Have a Fulfilling Career.
  • Huffington Post Career & Money — This site is definitely on the top of my bookmark list and a site that I would highly recommend you read as well. The site features posts on gender roles in the workplace, interviews with entrepreneurs and business people (I’ve been featured on here as well!), and balancing work and life.
  • Levo League — I really love the message that Levo League sends through their articles: they are written by and catered towards professional women seeking advice, inspiration, and the tools they need to succeed. Their posts are on trend, fun to read, and really inspire how I live my life.
